To actively response to the call of “walk out” strategy from Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government, Zhejiang China-Africa Economic & Cultural Exchange Center aiming at enhancing the friendship between Zhejiang and Africa through promoting the exchange of economy and culture is established by some ardent representatives of merchants of Zhejiang province who reside and work in Africa as well as domestic compatriots with lofty ideals. The center is in the charge of Department of Commerce of Zhejiang Province and authorized by Zhejiang Civil Affair Bureau, which would have a function of high influence and business promotion. It not only offers opportunities for the enterprises and organizations from both China and Africa to display and propagandize themselves but also endeavor to obtain the policy support from the government to truly operate as the bridge of carrying out the “walk out” strategy.
